We arrived at the hotel on February 14th at 11:20 AM, and the receptionist’s service was unacceptable. VERY RUDE!!!! The treatment was hostile and disrespectful from the first phone call, then even worse in person. She was curt, rude, clearly annoyed by our inquiry, and even verbally abusive. Customer service is an essential part of a hotel, and this experience was entirely negative. I don’t recommend staying here unless the reception staff seriously reviews how they treat customers.

The bathroom door was broken, the bedside tables were dirty, and the dining table was filthy. Every wall was stained. The place looked like a prison, and a prison would have been cleaner. Disgusting.
