So-so.

The place smelled awful, with dirt, dampness, and cigarettes everywhere. The room window faced the street, so you could hear EVERYTHING, including what the management staff were saying. The bathroom was filthy, and you could barely sit without hitting the wall. Even taking a shower was disgusting. The sheets and mattresses seemed ancient. There was no air conditioning, just a pathetic fan, and no refrigerator either. The parking garage is two blocks away. I saw they advertise hourly stays like a motel, which made sense of the place to me. I wouldn't want to stay there even for an hour. Least hospitable place I've ever seen.

It's a nice, good-value place. Cable TV is all there is for passing time, no Netflix or anything like that. If that's the biggest downside, then everything else must be fine!

The heating works well, and the place is just 5 minutes from the Anchorena San Martín Clinic, so it was useful for a night before going there the next day. It's an older building and could use some paint, fresh sheets, and new mattresses.
