Hotel Plaza Garay

It was awful. My room hadn't been cleaned properly and there were cigarette butts all under the bed. In the middle of the night, tenants would come out shouting and arguing, and nobody said anything. They just did whatever they wanted.

Awful place. Cigarette smoke is overwhelming, the sheets are dirty, and the walls are covered in fingerprints. The service is poor too. It doesn't deserve even one star.

Fine for a night, but the area feels quite unsafe, maybe even dangerous. It's cheap, and cleanliness is decent apart from the strong cigarette smell as soon as you walk in. The rooms are very small, and only a few have private bathrooms. There's a TV and a fan.

We stayed because it was early in the morning and there was nowhere else nearby, but I really wouldn't recommend this place. The man helping us wasn't wearing a mask, and there was no alcohol sanitizer anywhere. The bathrooms had tons of cockroaches, there was dust everywhere, and the TV remote didn't work. Cigarette smell was strong throughout. The service was even worse than the place itself. The man who answered the phone at night quoted us one price, but when we arrived it was double. When we told him that wasn't what we'd discussed, he slammed the door in our faces.
