The clerk made homophobic remarks, and the customer service was poor.

The room and bathroom were filthy. While looking for my ring on the floor, I found someone else's ring and a pair of earrings. The tub had hair and dust all over it. At reception, the staff were unfriendly and no help at all. We paid extra for a room with a front view, but the blinds were broken, so we couldn't enjoy it.

It's an acceptable place for a short visit. The building is old and the facilities show their age, but breakfast is decent and the staff are friendly. The best thing is the location, near a major avenue with most things fairly close.
