The streets nearby are full of people using drugs, and at night there was shouting and fighting. The location is close to Avenida 9 de Julio and other access roads, but I didn't like the stay and won't book again. Our room didn't match the photos: I'd booked a double bed, but got two singles pushed together. The bathroom was basic, there was no toilet paper, and the shower and toilet drained badly, leaving the floor wet.

The service was good and the rooms weren't bad, though there were insects inside. What puts me off returning is the location. It may be all right in daytime, but at night you get robbed everywhere. People are always bothering you around the corner on Humberto Street, and the area is very dark. I absolutely wouldn't recommend coming back at night alone or as a couple. You'll definitely need a taxi.

The concierge was friendly and very helpful, but I found the room disgusting. It was musty and poorly ventilated, with just one window opening onto a horrible shared hallway. The bathrooms had no curtains. I really can't recommend the place; it smelled musty.

The staff treated us with terrible disrespect and kicked us out right at 10 a.m. The whole hotel smelled musty, the bathroom was filthy, and the shower was over the toilet and didn't work properly. The hotel was awful, and the street outside felt dangerous and dirty.
