Hotel Yinzo

The location is handy. The direct bus from the international airport goes by a few blocks away, and you can walk to several tourist sights. The bed was clean, but in my room the wardrobe had awful hangers, apparently improvised because they were short on money, and the top of the drawer unit had mold. The bathroom in my room was horrible. Service was cordial, though not everyone at reception was like that. Breakfast came to the room in very small portions. There was only a choice of what to drink, coffee, tea, or coffee with milk, and only if YOU asked.

I wouldn't recommend staying more than one night. The price isn't worth it. The bathroom is badly designed, and shower water leaks under the door into the room. There's not even a blanket or any heating. It smells stuffy, and you can tell they don't clean the rooms. So neglected and unacceptable for 650 pesos per person. A rip-off!

The service was really good, but everything else was terrible. The rooms are close together, so you hear people coming and going. Mine was quite dirty and full of bugs, and the little fridge on top didn't work.

It's a modest place, and the bathroom design is poor. The TV isn't smart, and the yellow lighting is hard on the eyes. Still, the service is excellent, which earns it five stars and more from me.
