The staff are what make this affordable hotel such a good stay. The bathrooms are a little small, but with prices this low, I wouldn't let that put you off.

The room looked like it belonged in a Halloween setting, and the photos my client sent showed it falling apart. The location is great and the customer service was good, but I hope they find a better maintenance supervisor.

The place is small and quiet, and the staff are friendly. Our room's window looked out onto a tiny patio inside the building. The bathroom could definitely use some updating.

We arrived late, at 2 a.m. after a delay. The receptionist was helpful and great, but the hotel itself was dreadful. The room didn't look like the photos on booking. The covers were torn and dirty, and the Nordic cover was filthy. It was nothing like what we expected, and this hotel feels like a scam.

A decent budget option in central Palermo, with lots of bars and restaurants an easy walk away. The rooms are small, but the hotel is fairly clean.
