The host was really friendly and worked around our check-in and check-out times. The apartment itself felt luxurious for the price, with a large balcony and an electronic curtain and door lock; the host gave us the unlock key at check-in. The location is handy too, with kiosks and print shops nearby and the well-known Indian restaurant Tandoor close by. I’d choose it again when we visit Buenos Aires.

The apartment was very clean, and the 24-hour security was reassuring. Our family of five had plenty of room in the three bedrooms, and it had all the amenities we needed.

We paid for the whole stay by bank transfer after arranging it over WhatsApp, then found out there was no reservation at all. We were scammed. They say the WhatsApp account was hacked in June, but it was still active in November. Strange that they never shut it down to stop people being scammed.

After an excellent first experience with their services, I wanted to book again. This time, I got scammed. They contacted me from a new number and confirmed what had happened, while the line they say was hacked in June is still active. I tried arranging a booking through the new contact and got no reply. I’m warning people so they can avoid being scammed too.

The apartment looks nice, and the balcony is very spacious, with a full-width balcony door. The location is excellent, staff respond to requests, and the Wi-Fi is adequate. Inside, though, the bedroom has no natural light or ventilation, and the closets need drawers and space for hanging clothes. Some kitchen items are missing, and the TV has no service subscription.
