The staff are lovely and really go out of their way to help. I’ll definitely return. It’s right in the middle of things, with tasty restaurants, trendy bars, shops and beauty parlors just steps away. Police monitor the area, so it feels pretty safe even at night. The rooms are spacious, clean and welcoming, and the shower has excellent pressure. There’s a small dry sauna upstairs, plus a little gym, jacuzzi and massage room. A lovely boutique hotel.
10/10
They had every right to charge me for the night I missed, but when my flight landed 18 hours late and I couldn’t check in, they told me to contact Booking so they could waive it. Great service and a good location. Breakfast was pretty good too, especially the pastries and fresh orange or grapefruit juice. The bathtub was quite narrow, and the WiFi was slow with regular interruptions.

In the lively Palermo area, with an easy, cheap metro ride to central BA. The hotel was clean, the room lovely and the price reasonable. Great value, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
8/10
A simple, unpretentious hotel with a big room in a lively neighborhood. It could use a little more cleaning, though nothing shocking. A lovely place, really.

The rooms were bigger and cleaner than I expected, and breakfast was decent. The front desk were welcoming too. A perfect base for staying in Palermo.
