Los Robles De San Telmo

There’s no cleanliness here. They rent bare rooms by the hour, like motels or a temporary shelter. The pictures are fake, they don’t honor payment arrangements, and they don’t clean the rooms. The price is the same as much better hotels, so it’s not justified at all. The one upside is that you don’t have to book or pay for two or more people.

We left right away without checking in. The room we’d booked wasn’t ready, the reception was awful, and everything was dirty. There was also a strong smell of cat urine. I accidentally gave it one star and can’t delete it. I’d give it minus 10.

When I stayed years ago, it was decent for the area, though the rooms were basic, old, and poorly maintained. I went back a few days ago, and it seemed like there was nobody available to help me. They never helped.

The sheets were so disgusting that we slept without taking the bedspread off. We weren’t treated very well, and the room was disappointing. It’s a dump. You can find decent, nice places in the city for the same money or even less.
