The pool and gym were great, and the place was very clean. But the way things were handled made it hard to relax. I booked for Christmas and only learned on arrival that cleaning cost extra. On Christmas Day, two women came in and tried to collect the “deposit” with a card reader. They both entered the room, which felt inappropriate. When I pointed out that the toilet button was broken, I was told it was Christmas and it probably wouldn’t be fixed until another day. I was only staying two nights, and they didn’t do anything about it. The toaster was broken too. Having them question and inspect the room was poor procedure.
