Medrano Plaza Hotel

I had a really good experience while I was there for health reasons. Keep in mind that many guests are referred by their health insurance, and it isn’t a luxury hotel. The rooms were immaculate, with comfortable beds and a shower with great pressure. The internet was slow, but that didn’t bother me. There’s a TV with apps like Netflix. Everyone from reception to the cleaning staff was friendly and attentive. Since some people stay for a long time for health reasons, they let you use the kitchen to make something instead of having to go out to buy food, and you can store food in the refrigerator too.

The price was fair, and I’d happily stay here again. We only spent one night, but it was peaceful and felt welcoming for families. The room was roomy and clean, with a comfortable bed and sheets and pillows in good shape. There’s a nice terrace by the dining area, and the upstairs kitchen has the essentials, including a fridge, stove, hot and cold water, and utensils.

Everything was very clean, and the service from the whole team was excellent. One small issue: we requested a double bed, but got two singles pushed together. If you sleep in the middle and move around, they can slide apart.

The room was spotless, the beds were comfortable, and they even had a crib ready for my baby. Breakfast is included, and there’s an elevator. The service was great, and they offered a discount for paying in cash. I’d definitely recommend it.
