I may not have made the reservation myself, but you have my ID because you asked every passenger for it. Don’t pretend otherwise. You can’t treat people who booked 10 days ahead this way, especially just hours before check-in. You’re responsible for leaving us stranded in Buenos Aires without a reservation, more than a thousand kilometers from home, and you need to answer for it. Your service was terrible. You don’t deserve even one star.

They sorted everything out incredibly quickly, so I could use it for a meeting with China. Everything went perfectly. Thanks so much for everything.

Everything went perfectly, and the service was excellent. The location was great too. I’ll keep renting here whenever I’m in Buenos Aires. Cheers! 😀

The place was really clean and comfortable, and everything worked perfectly. The location was great, with public transport nearby for getting around. I had to change my reservation, and they were very helpful and took care of it without any trouble. The service was spectacular. I’d definitely come back.

The apartment was in fair shape, with some things working fine and others broken. Getting in was a mess: we arrived at the agreed time and were sent to a coded lockbox half a block away that was covered in urine. They’d given us about 10 codes, but none worked. We waited outside with our suitcase for almost half an hour before someone finally came to let us in.
