What made this a five-star stay for me was Alejandra Barrionuevo, who’s usually at the breakfast bar. She’s professional, friendly, charismatic, and always ready to help, with a genuine smile that makes you feel welcome and valued. I was especially moved by the patience, respect, and kindness she showed a colleague with Down syndrome. I worked with children with Down syndrome for several years, so I really appreciate empathy and inclusion, and watching her with her colleague made my day. I hope the General Manager or Owner recognizes and rewards Alejandra. She’s an exceptional employee and a real asset to the hotel, the kind of person who’s rare to find.

We were a group of 10 and stayed four nights. The hotel was very well organized, and the front desk staff were helpful and understanding when situations came up. The staff really do want to get to know you. Alejandra from the restaurant/catering area stood out to me: she arranged a welcome amenity in our rooms, made sure we all enjoyed breakfast, and gave us chocolates when we left. I also loved her positive vibe and genuine attitude. She’s incredibly attentive and an incredible person. The location is excellent for historical landmarks and restaurants, and they’ve recently added new beds.

The NH team made our BA week a great holiday! Everything was well managed, and our wishes and requests were always fulfilled. The staff were good, and we enjoyed the restaurant and breakfast area every morning. A perfect stay in a great hotel. Thanks! :-)

The beds are super comfortable, breakfast is amazing, and the hotel is right in the centre with all the amenities you need. Alejandra in the breakfast dining room was so friendly and welcoming, her warm smile made all the difference. A great Buenos aires hotel!

The hotel is perfectly located, and the staff were polite and helped us with personal issues. We stayed three nights, but the room was terrible, old and worn out, and not comfortable. It really needs cosmetic repairs and a thorough dry cleaning. We didn’t have breakfast, so I can’t comment on that.
