I stayed here for about two months and would definitely return. The room looked just like the listing photos, and the whole place was clean. The hosts were friendly and quick to respond. It felt professional while still having a homey atmosphere. The location is great, with easy walks to the subte and good restaurants. I can't wait to stay here again.
We felt right at home during our month at NoMa. The building felt very safe, and the location made it easy to get around and close to everything. Having a free washer and dryer made things simpler, and there was also a nice outdoor pool in the building. The staff were friendly and helpful. We'd recommend it to anyone traveling to Buenos Aires.
We had a great extended stay in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Shops, restaurants, and public transportation were all nearby, yet the area still felt peaceful and safe. The apartment was spotless and well cared for, with everything we needed to settle in, including reliable internet, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy bed. The host was responsive and friendly from the start, and helped with city tips and quick answers to small questions. We really enjoyed our time and would recommend it for either a short trip or a longer stay.
For the last four years, I've spent a month at a time living here because it's central to transport, supermarkets, restaurants, and tango milongas. The staff are very responsive, and the rooms are new and well maintained, with a full kitchen and accessories. There's also a full laundry and a swimming pool on the top level. Best place in buenos Aries.
I spent a month here as a digital nomad and felt right at home. The room had a modern look, was very clean, and worked well for cooking, working, and relaxing. Wi-Fi was very good, and there was a ring light for video calls. The desk is shallow, but wide enough for two. The kitchen was fully usable, with utensils and a stainless steel pot. Room cleaning was on the expensive side, but the service was very good. The building feels like a gem in a neighborhood that's otherwise very old. I'd heard it wasn't the safest area, but I had no problems.
