The mini kitchen is genuinely useful, and the hotel is modern, clean, quite new, well located, with spacious rooms. The noise was a real problem, though. I could hear people in other rooms easily, so it wasn’t a very restful sleep. The refrigerator was noisy too, and I had to leave it switched off for my whole stay. Things had been going pleasantly with the service until checkout. I felt ripped off over three small 500 ml bottles of water. They charged 9,000 Argentine pesos, or 10 dollars, which was twice the usual price at other hotels. What a rip-off!

The place is lovely and everything felt new and nice. But they didn’t clean my room at all during my stay, saying they didn’t have another key. I only heard that when I complained as I was leaving, which was a shame. There’s also something they don’t mention: the included breakfast is served at a vegan bar.

I’d change the breakfast setup. It’s served at Casa Nuova, where everything is plant-based, and I’d love to see options like eggs or cow’s milk for people who prefer animal protein in the morning. The studios themselves are spacious and comfortable, in a very convenient location. They also have a kitchen for making meals and a large refrigerator.

Such a nice place in a quiet area. Everything was great, though the heating in the rooms could be better.
