We booked the suite at OWN palermo and had a great stay. The main bedroom had a comfortable bed, and the living room sofa bed was spacious and comfortable too. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower that had good water pressure. We also really enjoyed the furnished balcony when it was rainy and a cool wind was blowing. The front desk team were super friendly and helpful. Right by the hotel there’s a lovely coffee shop and a very nice bakery, plus a great gluten-free bakery just a few steps away. It’s excellent value for the price. The main downtown area is a short Uber or taxi ride, and everything is accessible. There’s a very nice but pricey mall nearby, as well as the Japanese gardens. Highly recommended.

At OWN PALERMO, the rooms had been freshly renovated and the staff kept them very clean. The person at the front desk was professional and helped us out a lot. We had a really pleasant stay. If you’re visiting Buenos Aires, this is the best place to stay!

Glad I found this gem in Palermo. The hotel is quite new, so everything was working just fine. The service was excellent, and the place is beautiful, on a street that’s quiet but still lively. Great area, with good food around and the mall quite nearby. I absolutely loved the service and totally recommend it.

Palermo is a great location, and it’s also close to recoleta. The rooms are huge, and the front desk staff were very helpful. There’s a fridge, sink, and kettle, but not much in the way of dishes and no real cooking utensils. It would be nice to have coffee in the lobby, or coffee or breakfast included with the attached cafe.
