The staff were polite and the location is good. Everything else made this feel like a nightmare of a hotel, which Lufthansa sent us to after my flight was cancelled. I can't believe they put passengers here, and I don't think a place like this should claim to be 4 stars. The building seemed untouched since 1966. Plaster was peeling and falling from the lobby ceiling, and the hallway carpets were old and heavily stained. The room was disgusting. The AC was so loud and didn't cool anything, so I woke up drenched in sweat. Pipes in the bathroom banged whenever someone on another floor used water, and the drain smelled strongly of sewage when other guests used the bathroom. Breakfast was shocking: just 4-5 slices of low-quality ham, a few bits of bread, and nothing else. No eggs or variety. Management should fully renovate and replace everything, or demolish and rebuild. It felt more like an abandoned roadside motel from a horror movie.

Flybondi took us there after our flight was cancelled. The rooms smelled musty, and as far as I know there's no air conditioning. We left without spending the night and didn't try the included meals.

The bathroom door in our room wouldn’t shut, and the room itself was a disaster. Check-in was chaotic, and the whole place felt dirty. The included meal was packaged vegetable ravioli with cut-up packaged ice cream, and we weren’t allowed to order from the bar. We only ended up there because American Airlines canceled our Dallas flight for “crew rest.” Makes you wonder if they put their cabin crew here too.

The location was decent, but it didn’t make up for the room. There was no air conditioning, no in-room safe, and just one power outlet, in the bathroom. The shower barely did better than a garden hose. My flight was canceled and I was placed here, but I’d never choose to book it myself. I still don’t understand how it got four stars.
