The man running the hotel tried to charge us 20k pesos above the listed price. He didn’t help at all when we tried to use our debit or credit card, and at 11:45pm he made us cancel the booking instead of letting us get more cash the next day. SCAM SCAM SCAM. Even as a last resort, stay literally anywhere else. I also saw a rat running behind the front desk.

The furniture was old and in bad shape, and the place wasn’t very clean.

The housekeeping was very good, but the concierge team could have been friendlier and smiled more 🙂. I also hadn't been told about the elevator noise, which goes on around the clock, until I arrived. And there's no breakfast at all, which really needs fixing.
