There wasn’t even a water bottle in the room, and the minibar was empty. The rooms were average, there was no room service, and the hotel had no WiFi. The air conditioning didn’t work at all in hot weather. I asked reception for a toothbrush and was told to come pick one up there. They didn’t even have toothpaste. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

We left feeling shocked and embarrassed by the way we were treated, and the whole experience was ruined. The waitress was hostile from the moment we sat down, with no greeting, eye contact or basic courtesy. She actually threw the plates onto the table, treating us like dogs instead of customers. I’ve never experienced that kind of disrespect in a restaurant. If that's how they serve people, I wouldn't recommend the place to anyone. Do better.

Staff were friendly and supportive, and the location is great. The stay itself was bad, though. The place is old, and the WiFi kept disconnecting after less than a minute. We also had a blackout now and then. If horror movies are your thing, book this hotel.

Eliana at the night front desk was incredibly patient and helpful with a large group of American Airlines passengers stranded after their flight was delayed by almost 24 hours. I want to recognize and commend them for the outstanding service.

The buffet breakfast was excellent, and the staff were very courteous. It’s a very well located hotel. Our room could use more lighting and some USB outlets.
