I wouldn't come back or recommend this place. The service was poor from the beginning, and the property's condition left a lot to be desired. My room was dirty and had no sheets or towels, and there was no hot water in the shower, which is essential. It was an extremely negative stay that didn't meet basic hygiene or comfort standards.

This was an awful apartment, filthy and completely neglected, with no care for guests. There was no toilet paper or towels, and neither the air conditioner nor the television worked. When we reported it, they said they'd bring toilet paper and towels, but they never did and stopped replying to me on WhatsApp. Horrible. Be careful with this kind of accommodation. I booked through Booking, and none of this was mentioned in the comments or reviews.

Really bad, I don't recommend it. I only stayed one night because I arrived exhausted, then we brought our hotel check-out forward the next morning. The room was dirty and very moldy, and we even found cockroaches in it. Terrible quality, a real dump. Horrible!

A disaster. Be careful booking with this hotel chain, since the destinations and prices don't match. They also don't answer the phone when there's a problem.
