The hosts, Moni and Mica, were really friendly and attentive, and we had a wonderful stay in the apartment on Av. Córdoba 774. It was very spacious, and the location won us over most of all: we were close to everything and barely needed transport, which is ideal if you want to be downtown or near the Obelisk. I'm from out of town, and at first I had that usual worry that it could be a scam. It wasn't, so if that's what's making you hesitate, book without fear. I'd happily come back or try one of their other apartments. A couple of things could be better. The building doesn't seem well maintained, and you might find a cobweb or some dirt in the shared areas. The Wi-Fi wasn't great either, so we used mobile data most of the time. Still, we had a great time. One fun detail: the balconies of the apartments on Av. Córdoba look out onto the Bencich Building, an architectural gem with a rich history. Alfonsina Storni lived there for many years, and the views are incredible.

The apartment was spacious, clean, and in good condition, and the staff were excellent and ready to help with anything we needed. Both the service and the location were excellent. It's highly recommended, and the price is very good compared with hotels nearby.

I'M FURIOUS! We had a reservation and called a few days beforehand to let them know we'd arrive a bit later because our flight time had changed. They still wouldn't let us into the building. The reservation specifically said 24-hour reception, so there shouldn't have been a problem. They didn't even come out to speak with us. I've never been treated so badly at any of the other places I've stayed on previous visits to Buenos Aires. TERRIBLE SERVICE, I REALLY DON'T RECOMMEND IT! Find somewhere where the owners have enough decency to at least show their faces!

I booked the apartment on Santa Fe Street two weeks ahead, but they cancelled just hours before my trip and gave me no explanation, let alone a solution. I don't know whether the same person manages all the apartments. I spoke to someone named Monica. Terrible!!!

I arrived with my luggage after booking through Despegar, but they wouldn't honor the reservation. They said they no longer work with Despegar and were fully booked, leaving me waiting outside after my trip. They offered no help, so I was on my own.
