10/10
We wish we’d spent more time at this small boutique hotel. The rooms were a good size, very comfortable, and quiet. Breakfast and the other common areas were lovely, small but sophisticated, and the breakfast was very good. The pool was amazing on summer days, a great way to cool off and recharge after a long day walking around the city. The staff were amazing, and the quiet location sits a little back from the busy streets. All in all, a great experience, and we’d love to return. There were no big families, screaming kids, or splashing in the pool, which was much appreciated by adult travelers like us.

The team’s service really made our stay effortless. Everyone was kind, attentive, and professional, and the hotel was consistently clean. Our room was immaculate and thoughtfully prepared with a romantic setup, which made the trip feel extra special. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, just right for a relaxing, romantic getaway. Breakfast was outstanding, fresh, delicious, and healthy, and the pool and boutique setting were beautiful. We wholeheartedly recommend the hotel and would gladly come back.

The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. The staff were fantastic, and it was easy to text the front desk whenever we needed something. The street itself is quiet, which was nice when getting into an Uber, and bars and restaurants are easy to reach on foot.

The room noise was the main downside. It wasn't soundproof at all, and around 2 AM we had to ask the people next door to stop screaming. After long days out exploring, coming back and still not getting much sleep was rough. The staff were lovely, attentive, and very friendly, and breakfast was five stars, with lots of choices plus made-to-order options. We stayed a week and found the location handy for Palermo; we even walked to Recoleta. The best bars and restaurants in Palermo are about a 10 to 15 minute walk away. We don't have other complaints and would come back, though probably not to that same room.

Horacio was kind, but that was the only positive for me. I booked the deluxe suite, and it fell far short. The bed frame was scuffed and stained when I arrived, the sliding door tracks looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a while, and the outdoor tub was dirty. I tried the gym, but the treadmill nearly gave way under me at 10 km/h. Afterward, bugs were flying in and out around the bathroom toilets, and there was a hardened substance on top of the soap dispenser that looked like it had been there for quite some time. For a place that's supposedly four stars, too many basic details were missing. I checked out less than two hours after arriving.
