Sofitel Buenos Aires Recoleta Hotel

Martin, the Concierge, went out of his way to put together a great day of activities and made sure we kept to all the time deadlines. It was the best day, thanks to him. The hotel is clean, the beds are comfortable, and the staff are amazing. I love this place. You must stay here!

The breakfast buffet had plenty of options, and after a warm day out in the city it was nice to come back to a clean, cool room with very comfortable beds. Emmanuel at the front desk helped with our requests for a disabled traveler so we could have a comfortable stay. Ignacio and all the bell men were cheerful and helpful. What a wonderful stay!

We had a great breakfast and found the hotel staff very helpful and accommodating. Our junior suite was spacious, with a king bed despite the description saying queen, a large bathroom, and plenty of room for all our luggage. Housekeeping did an excellent job, including turn down service. The hotel is in a lovely part of Recoleta. Highly recommend.

The shower made the room feel more like a retreat than just somewhere to sleep. It was spotless, comfortable, and spacious, and the common areas were clean and inviting. Breakfast had several fresh choices. The Concierge pointed us to a Steak House a few blocks away where the steak and fish were as good as anything I’ve ever eaten. We travel some as retirees, and Sofitel Santiago was an outstanding property. From check-in to check-out the staff were professional, courteous, friendly, and genuine, setting a great tone right away. Ignacio is the only name I remember, but everyone we dealt with, including the people who handled our luggage, was exceptional. The hotel exceeded our expectations, and the team clearly takes pride in making guests feel welcome. We’d definitely stay again when in Buenos Aires and highly recommend it for a comfortable, enjoyable visit.
