The place was comfortable, good quality, and quiet, and its location made it easy to get around Palermo on foot. I loved the warm indoor pool and the sauna, and my son enjoyed the well-equipped gym. The outdoor lounge on the 10th floor was really nice too.

I wouldn't recommend this property, especially for corporate travel through platforms like Concur. The building and other apartments gave me an insecure feeling. Poor construction, lots of guest traffic, and a lack of routine upkeep seem to have left the place deteriorating. There was a foul smell in the hallway carpets and inside the apartment. The TV didn't work, and cleaning was poor, with bleach halos on the padding and visible splashes on the kitchen walls. It also took a long time to get a response to complaints.

The apartment was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. Several restaurants and bars are right around the corner, which made the location great. The indoor pool felt cold for this time of year. Bring extra towels, as changing them costs an additional $12 per towel.

I rented an apartment in the Quartier Dorrego and everything went perfectly. Adrian at the hair salon was excellent and gave me all the information I needed. I'll definitely be back soon.
