Everything was dirty when we arrived, the apartment wasn't as shown on the platforms, and it was extremely noisy. The staff were unfriendly, and the shower didn't work properly. They also had us write down our credit card details at check-in, which felt completely insane in Argentina. The money was debited from the card afterward. I've never had such a bad apartment experience in buenos aires. I'd strongly recommend staying away and not booking this place.

The location was the best part, and the facilities were fine. The apartment was comfortable, though the bathroom door in my unit was broken. What really disappointed me was how they handled my urgent family situation. My father was hospitalized in critical condition and later passed away. I wrote to ask for help because I might not be able to travel, but they refused a refund and showed no empathy. I eventually managed to travel to visit my brother and use the facilities, but I would never stay somewhere that puts money ahead of being humane.

Construction noise was extremely loud all day and through the night.

It's easy to get everywhere from this very convenient location. The receptionists are super friendly and attentive, and the rooms are consistently clean, spacious, and comfortable. They're fully equipped, so it's easy to bring what you need.
