The apartment was great and had everything we needed. It's a little far from the most hyped spots, but they're about a 15-minute drive away. Around the apartment itself, there are cafes, supermarkets, drugstores, and gyms. I'd definitely come back.

Staff were helpful, but the lack of maintenance was obvious. Apartment 712 had a broken mattress, no table or chairs, just a countertop with bar stools much too high for it, and no nearby power outlets. The second apartment, 1404, was bigger and better, but its heat wasn't working and showed an E2 error. This was midwinter, at 42 degrees Fahrenheit.

Yes, it's expensive, but the apartment is very new and well located on Cabildo Avenue in Nuñez. It faces the avenue, gets incredibly bright, and with no buildings opposite, you can watch the sunrise. There's also a laundry room with a washer and dryer.
