The apartments are pretty and in an excellent location. I didn't give five stars because the deposit request before check-in seemed suspicious. Booking.com says you "pay on site" and should "never communicate outside the platform," especially not make payments there. So when someone contacts you on WhatsApp asking for a deposit, it honestly sounds like a scam. I hesitated a lot before transferring it. They should allow credit card payment or make it clear on Booking.com that a deposit transfer is needed. Check-in is contactless, which added to my feeling that it might be a scam: you have to complete the full payment before entering, and only then do they send the access code. I had no trouble and everything went fine, but the arrangement still feels suspicious.

We stayed for a week and absolutely loved it!! The apartment is beautiful, I'd recommend it a thousand times over 😃 ❤️

I only spent one night, and I’d stay here again. The rooms were comfortable and nice. A few small things were off with the service: they didn’t top up the shampoo, the towel racks were really loose, and one of the lights didn’t work.

Being just steps from the Congress building was handy, and there are bus lines nearby. The place also has a TV and a kitchen where you can cook. There’s no in-person reception since everything is digital, but we were very happy with the service. When we ran into trouble with the codes, the person on duty fixed it quickly. I also had a couple of questions about the heating, and they answered kindly. We were very satisfied. Excellent place.
