The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room service arrived within minutes, and housekeeping were kind and available whenever needed. The location is decent for visiting the city center, with a supermarket just two minutes away on foot. The neighborhood felt mostly safe, though, as always in Buenos Aires, you should stay aware of your surroundings. With common sense, you can explore safely. Still, I don't recommend this hotel for a Buenos Aires stay. The Wi-Fi barely had a signal, the bed was uncomfortable, and noise from other rooms carried through. There was also only one place to charge devices, which was very inconvenient.

The area is far from everything, and the customer service was incredibly terrible. Avoid this place at all costs.

The receptionist gave excellent service, and we will definitely come back. For a three-hour shift in the cheapest room, it felt truly luxurious compared with other hotels. The music selection was limited, but it wasn't a big deal. We ended up watching the Argentina vs. Honduras match ❤️

I've already enjoyed almost every room here. There are lots of room options at reasonable prices, plus private parking, and you don't have to wait for a room assignment. They also offer food and drinks, and the overnight breakfast is plentiful. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. Rooms come with bathrobes, bath towels, and spotless hand towels. The showers have excellent water flow, and the hydromassage jacuzzi is simply divine. It's a great hotel for relaxing and enjoying yourself, and you'll want to stay forever! I ALWAYS RECOMMEND it in the area.

The Uman room is worth the price, and I liked my stay. Service and comfort were excellent, and I'll be back. Like another reviewer said, they should put a mat by the shower and whirlpool exits.
