The location was good and the service was good, but the room wasn’t up to standard. My supposed upgrade to a superior room was in poor condition and shouldn’t have been used before repairs. Some floorboards were broken, so walking barefoot or in socks wasn’t possible, and the furniture was in bad shape.

Breakfast was horrible, and the whole stay was bad. The towels and sheets weren’t clean, with dirt still visible on the towels. Staff were rude and didn’t even try to help. I wouldn’t let any of my friends stay here. Worst place ever.

The elevator got stuck every time, and the flooring was chipped, with loose pieces just lying there. The place was falling apart, and the pictures definitely looked AI-generated. We’d booked breakfast as included, then were charged an extra $12 American dollars for each basic breakfast. I’d skip this place.

We were here with a tour group that uses the hotel regularly, but the staff couldn’t answer basic questions at check-in. Our room was big but very dark, with missing floorboards or laminate that we kept tripping over. We also found hair everywhere. If you’re visiting BA, stay somewhere else.

Mr. Marco, one of the receptionists, treated us rudely and unprofessionally. His behavior at the desk made the whole experience very unpleasant and disappointing.
