The location is excellent, and the room was small but nice. The safe didn't have a battery, and if you need dependable internet, choose another hotel. Breakfast coffee was burned and horrible. How much could a decent coffee machine cost? Also, a 10 am checkout feels more like a youth hostel than a hotel.

We couldn't rate the stay higher, even though the location was really good. The rooms were tiny, and mine had a safe that didn't work. One of the four rooms we rented had bugs, and the couple staying there went home with plenty of marks from the experience. Breakfast was okay, but scrambled eggs cost extra.

The staff tried their best to help, but the hotel was old and hygiene was somewhat lacking. Internet was a general problem, and breakfast could have offered more variety.

I booked a single room for a weekend through a Buquebus package. The room was clean, quiet, and worked fine for the basics. From what I could tell, package rooms seem to be some of the older, unrenovated ones, probably at a discount. Staff were courteous, friendly, and helpful throughout. Breakfast was adequate, though the dining room got crowded at busy times, so going down early might help. It was a pleasant, hassle-free stay.

The staff were excellent, but this is a very old building and needs some renovation.
