The people were the one good part of this stay. Everyone was amazingly kind, from the front desk to the cleaning staff. The exterior view and location were excellent, but the executive room was in poor shape, with badly damaged furniture. The round table couldn’t be used because its central leg was broken, and the desk was badly worn. There was no fridge or water. The price felt completely out of line with the state of the facilities, and being asked to pay upfront was unusual and a little annoying. I rented the room for one night, with the possibility of staying two, but after the first night we just left. As a Wyndham Rewards member, I didn’t expect this from one of their hotels. I was very disappointed. The staff were worth appreciating, but the rest didn’t match the price or the standard of Wyndham Hotels.

The rooms and restaurant are both OK. It’s a decent roadside hotel if you want a break from the weekly routine, but just good, not great or awesome. It would get more points from me if it weren’t right beside a main highway.

I liked the swimming pool and pool table most, and breakfast was nice too. The room was big and clean, and check-in was quick. The hotel is outside Campana city centre, though my credit card was charged incorrectly, which was annoying.

This hotel was good a long time ago, but the Facebook reviews are horrible. I can only imagine what the service is like. We got sick and have been trying to cancel or rebook for 5 days, but after multiple attempts we’ve had no response at all. You’ll never reach them. They don’t answer the phone, email, or WhatsApp.

The restaurant was just OK, but the hotel itself badly needs renovation. Our room was damaged, and there was mold in the bathroom. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
