Hostería El Gusto es Nuestro

The location is superb, just three blocks from the main square and four from the covered market. The place is beautiful, clean, well maintained, and set in a natural setting. From the time we booked, they were incredibly helpful, explaining everything and treating us so kindly. Great service and breakfast, too. We loved it. We highly recommend Hostería el Gusto es nuestro!

It’s a pleasant place and good for sleeping if you’re looking for something inexpensive. A few things could be better: breakfast could offer more variety, and the service, while good, would benefit from more lighting since it’s all quite dark and looks bad. The bathroom could use some improvement, along with more soap and toilet paper.

The inner courtyard is lovely, a nice place to sit and enjoy some mate. I stayed one night on a freezing day and the heating worked fine. The rooms are small and simple, but perfectly adequate for the price, and the service was excellent. Highly recommended.

The hostess deserves a special mention. She was incredibly kind, helpful, pleasant, and considerate, and gave us excellent service. The room was very nice, the bathroom great, and the garden beautiful, with a place to sit and have a beer if you like. Getting in with the electronic key was simple and made things much easier. The cleanliness was excellent, breakfast delicious, and the location very close to the covered street, which is a huge plus.
