Hotel Petit Sierra

The breakfast service was very good, and that’s the only reason I’m giving it 2 stars. I stayed with my family, eight of us in all, on the 23rd of this month, and I hope an honest account helps them improve. We had two quadruple rooms, 101 and 102. The TV in room 201 was very hard to turn on. Room 102’s door wouldn’t open properly because it hit a bed, and the section with two beds had no window. There wasn’t even a ceiling fan, let alone air conditioning, and we had no hot water in the bathroom. The hairdryer didn’t work, and the shower was a problem too. I complained, quite annoyed, and they raised the price significantly. There were no outlets in the room, so I had to ask for an extension cord. After I complained again, they moved two people to another room. They were very quick to ask for a reservation deposit, though. They should check what they’re offering and stop being so brazen.

The rooms were in perfect condition, and I really liked the service. I’m vegetarian, and they went out of their way to change the whole menu for me. They’re amazing, and it’s a very nice hotel.

The staff were very attentive, and there’s parking. It’s a comfortable, nice hotel at a good price. The rooms could use air conditioning.

This was a disaster in summer 2016. The rooms were full of cockroaches, and the carpets and furniture were old. I booked through Booking.com, and they can check what I’m saying. The place shown online isn’t what you get. I don’t recommend going.
