End of October 2022: The staff were great, and the place had just been renovated. It was spacious, with large, comfortable beds, fast and stable WiFi, a clean underground garage, a glass elevator, and direct beach access. The location was great too. One suggestion: put buffers under the chairs. Their squeaking is unbearable and wakes guests sleeping one floor below. Also, to prevent mould in the new bathrooms, the windows need enough ventilation. People often don't open them after showering, so hotels usually make sure airflow is adequate.

The customer service was terrible. I tried to book a room at Arenas Carilo for my wife's birthday on September 9th, but I had questions that the manager took a very long time to answer and couldn't clarify. Then the number was unavailable. The way they treat customers is at a low level.

A very pleasant stay, with an immaculate, comfortable room and a lovely view. The direct way out to the beach and the beach service were a real bonus, with good lounge chairs. The umbrella felt a bit flimsy, a small thing they could improve. The facilities are excellent, and Ariel and Teresa gave us very good service.

A lovely, fully equipped place just steps from the beach. We stayed for two nights and appreciated the free lounge chairs and umbrellas. Ariel was fantastic and always ready to help. We'll definitely come back.

The place was beautiful and fully equipped, with excellent views and direct access to the sea. It looked just like the photos, and was even bigger in person. We spent a family vacation there and enjoyed the foosball and pool table too. Ariel and Teresa were especially attentive.
