We felt very well looked after and would definitely come back. The staff were so friendly, especially Diana and Sheila at reception, who were always attentive and keen to make our stay special. Breakfast was very good too. Our room was a little small, but the layout made good use of the space and let us divide it into sections. The kitchen is small, so cooking there is difficult.

The beach service was attentive, but the umbrellas are set 100 meters from the sea, and the sand gets very hot to walk across. They should put the umbrellas closer to the water. The Bahia Room is in a great location, with a small garden and very comfortable lounge chairs. An umbrella there would help too, since the afternoon sun makes it impossible to sit outside. The rooms were spotless, the staff service was excellent, and the spa and pool were perfect. Breakfast was very good.

The heated pool was beautiful, a 10 out of 10, and the spa was good too. There’s WiFi throughout the hotel, outdoor parking for each guest, and beach service. Breakfast was generous, with fresh, high-quality products. It’s 100 meters from the beach and a few blocks from the shopping center. Everyone was friendly and attentive, from reception and housekeeping to the manager. Excellent value for money. We’ll definitely return.

The indoor/outdoor pool had one of the best temperatures we’ve ever experienced, and breakfast was excellent, with fruit, cold cuts, yogurt, bread, and more 😍. The cleaning staff were always working hard to keep everything in order. Belén, Dai, Sheila, and Yateí made us feel so welcome with their friendly service. Our room was bright and beautiful, and its linens and amenities were spotless. The hotel is steps from the beach and a few blocks from the city center. Incredible place and location, you couldn’t ask for more. 100% recommended.
