Chivilrent

The heating and hot water are very good, and the bathroom is comfortable, with a bathtub. The place feels accessible and safe, but cleaning is minimal. It’s also missing some basic things like a kitchen, cutlery, and utensils. The beds and mattresses are completely worn out. There’s an evangelical church next door, with loud services from 8 pm until around 11 pm. It’s impossible to rest, watch TV, or have a conversation during them.

There are lots of nearby places for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, since the apartment is right in the city center. It’s new, clean, and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen, TV in both the living room and bedroom, plus air conditioning and heating. The parking spot is enclosed and very secure, though it isn’t covered.

It’s quiet, comfortable, and close to everything, with a great location. The owner is kind and attentive.

Mr. Roberto was incredibly kind and helpful, the best part of our stay. The place itself is spacious and clean, with reliable Wi-Fi, a lovely balcony, and a nice nighttime view of the road. It’s excellently located and close to everything. We’ll return and recommend it without hesitation!
