The place feels very modern, and the pool is nice. There's also a well-stocked convenience store inside the hotel. Towels were clean and good quality, but they didn't clean the room during our stay, and the bathroom, kitchen, and room could all have been cleaner. Breakfast is basic continental fare. They bring a tea tray at the start, and you can ask for more of whatever you've used. The double bed is two singles pushed together. Parking is a squeeze, though there was always a space. Wi-Fi barely worked, either with no signal or no internet. In my opinion, the property needs maintenance.

The apartment was missing air conditioning in the kitchen and dining area, which would have made it more comfortable. Still, everything else was great. It's a safe, quiet place, well equipped, and the service was very good.

Ariel greeted us and was consistently helpful, and the service itself was good. We picked the hotel because of its ratings and reviews. Maybe it was bad luck with the room, but for the price per night, there were several issues. The pool is heated, though a little small, and is fine if you just get in and stay still. The shared loungers around it were dirty, with chipped paint on some. Parking was difficult. Cleaning doesn't happen during the stay unless you ask. I personally don't mind that, though I understand some guests may feel differently. Inside, the closet was tiny for two people with a week's worth of clothes. The double bed was made from two mattresses. The shower only had hot water when the kitchen tap was running, presumably because of water pressure. The toilet didn't work at first and had to be fixed right after we arrived. Cleaning seemed selective and missed important things: rusty soap dishes with residue, stained closets, and stained towels we hadn't used. One of the two living room bulbs was out; they said they'd replace it but never did. Breakfast was just a pack of Riera toast, a little jam, a few tea and coffee bags, and milk.

The staff were friendly, and the pool, mini-market, and closeness to the beach were the only parts I found acceptable. The garage is too small for anything but a very small car, so forget an SUV. Internet never worked, and the TVs weren't smart, with apps unavailable and cable unreliable. Air conditioning was only in the bedroom. The kitchen had an oven, while the bathroom felt like a sauna with no ventilation, and the extractor fan didn't vent outdoors. Breakfast was one tray for the whole stay. Over four days, the towels and sheets were never changed or cleaned. The outdoor parking area was poorly maintained, with concrete curbs higher than the street.
