Costa Norte Hosteria

We had big backpacks with us, and the staff let us leave them there so we could explore the city after checking out. They were attentive to every detail, and breakfast was great. Beautiful place, excellent staff.

The place is nice and very well located, which makes the way we were treated even more disappointing. On our university trip, a bathroom door handle in one of our rooms wouldn’t turn properly. We told the woman working nights, and she spoke to us horribly, accused us of breaking it, and said whatever came to mind. I’ve worked in tourism for 23 years, and I know unprofessional behavior when I see it. Yelling at guests and abusing them isn’t appropriate. She said people had already come by and couldn’t fix it. We managed to repair it with a nail in three minutes. It just takes some goodwill and attention to guests’ needs, but apparently that’s too much to ask of some people.

Breakfast was good, and having the parking garage was really convenient. The rooms feel luxurious, everything is lovely, and the staff are very friendly.

Everything was clean, comfortable, and lovely. Marianela is amazing, such a caring person, and so is the other woman who works the lunch shift. I’d absolutely recommend the place and would come back ✨🦋
