I’d give it zero if I could. The rooms were filthy, the AC didn’t work, and the food took an hour to arrive and was rancid. The kitchen laughed when we complained. The owner never replied to our emails, so I’m posting publicly, which isn’t something we normally do.

The location was good, but the rest let us down. We expected a hotel that showed the era it was built in, but instead found an old building that hadn’t been maintained well. Getting any sleep at night was impossible because a couple of bars next door blasted techno and cumbia, or whatever, into the room. Most of the staff were really friendly and helpful, though the morning shift manager wasn’t. Definitely an experience to forget.

For my wife’s birthday, I arranged a surprise dinner from Buenos Aires. They handled everything and set us up in a beautiful spot. The food was delicious and the service excellent. Highly recommended!

The maids were very friendly, and the food was good. But the hotel is very old and in poor shape. The shutters drop when you open them, the metal garden table comes apart when you slide it open, and the doors won’t lock unless you use a key. The outdoor chairs were dusty; when we asked to have them cleaned, they handed us a cloth to do it ourselves. The AC and ceiling fan couldn’t cool our loft room, so we asked for another fan. They gave us one without legs, and we had to carry it ourselves.
