Puerto Escondido

I loved it. The owners are really friendly, and the apartment has everything you need and works perfectly. There’s a beautiful pool, plus a patio with a barbecue area, grill, and little tables. Everything is lovely and clean, and it’s super quiet. It’s near the beach but far from the center, so keep that in mind. Highly recommend.

The location is super quiet, and having a pool is fantastic. Monica was really helpful, even helping us find somewhere to stay for the night. There was plenty of room for two adults and our 3-year-old. Excellent place.

A clean, quiet, and for now safe place, recommended for sleeping and resting. Mónica, the person in charge, was very attentive and polite. I’d gladly recommend it. The shower has hot water, there’s hot and cold AC, a small kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, cutlery, dishes, and a dining table. I rented a studio, which had a double bed for 2 and a single bed for 1. There’s a pool, closed in winter because it isn’t heated, parking, and a grill area. It’s just 10 blocks from downtown Colón and about 5 blocks from the waterfront. The only downside, which isn’t the property’s fault, is that in 2022 these very touristy areas still had dirt roads. Otherwise, it was wonderful. Prices were very affordable, 6 thousand pesos per night on the last two weekends of July 2022, plus a tourist voucher for a discount at the hot springs. Don’t miss it. Recommended. I’m leaving photos as evidence.

It’s set away from the center but close to the beach, which makes it great for relaxing. The apartment is comfortable and equipped with everything you need, and there’s a pool and a grill.
