The rooms were cozy and had AC, the toilets were clean, and breakfast was delicious 😊. We planned to arrive in Concordia with my partner at 2am, and the staff were lovely and helped us get there with professional, responsive WhatsApp communication despite the late hour. A very nice little hotel if you're in the area 👍

The staff are lovely, but the price doesn't feel worth it. The beds are really uncomfortable, with wires and springs pressing into your back, and the carpet is dirty and stained. After the first night, we asked about moving because our room was tiny, with barely more than space for the beds and a narrow path around them. We were told the other rooms cost more, and nothing else was offered to address the problems. I'm writing this on our second night. We had to shut the window because traffic noise kept waking me through the night and early morning. The air conditioner doesn't work, and the ceiling fan is even louder than the traffic.

The location is central, the checkout time is flexible, and the price is reasonable. The rooms are clean and breakfast is perfect. Thanks very much to the whole team for their work.

The biggest frustrations were having only a few electrical outlets and Wi-Fi that barely reaches beyond some rooms. They also don't take credit or debit cards.
