Los Pinos Bungalows

The pool is lovely and helps with the heat, even though cleanliness was lacking. The place itself is beautiful, and it looks like they’re expanding and renovating, with flowers and work on the accommodations. There’s a kitchen, fridge, basic cooking utensils, and a barbecue grill. The mattresses and bathroom weren’t especially comfortable, but the night was more than acceptable. I’d go again, recommended.

The facilities were filthy, with rubbish left outside the property and piled up in front of the cabins. Towels and cleaning supplies weren’t replenished, and the staff offered no help at all. My husband even got first-degree burns using the grill because proper safety equipment wasn’t provided. They didn’t deliver on any of their promises, and the place lacked the most basic things needed to stay. I’d tell people not to go.

Room 11 was a good place to sleep, with air conditioning and a small refrigerator, though it doesn’t have a kitchen. The location is perfect for getting to the hot springs or the town center. Best of all, when you don’t feel like going out, you can have a beer by the fantastic pool.

Everything was neat, the accommodations were very nice, and the price was reasonable. The service was excellent too. Definitely recommended, go visit.
