I don’t hand out five stars to everyone, or they’d mean nothing. This is a nice place, with good food and a safe location. We stopped here on our way from Corrientes to Buenos Aires.

The room was clean and spacious, and the pools were as beautiful as described. But the service was poor, and the reception staff were unfriendly. I had a terrible accident leaving the pool and tore my hamstring. They called an ambulance and helped me back to my room, which was all they could do at the time. My husband overheard that this wasn’t the first accident in that same spot. The tiles on the way to the hotel have no anti-slip material and get extremely slippery when wet. I wrote to the hotel asking them to confirm they’d fix this, but they haven’t even acknowledged my message. Very disappointing. We only stayed one night, and that poor service is why I’ve given the hotel just one star.
