Honestly, it was a disaster. We’d asked for a mid-range room but were put in what they call a premium room, and it looked like something from a horror movie. The rooms were filthy and neglected. The carpets were stained, worn, and dirty, and the curtains were just as bad, all marked with damp. At breakfast I ordered cold cuts and cheese, but the cheese had hard edges, like it had been cut days ago. The place was incredibly expensive too, as if it were a first-class hotel.

The “Premium” room didn’t meet expectations, with obvious maintenance issues that affected both the look and the sense of cleanliness. Photos and videos are from 2026. Guests weren’t told before booking that some services were out of order, and that should have been disclosed and reflected in the price. If the room had been immaculate in terms of hygiene and cleanliness, the missing services would’ve been a minor detail. They need to make the necessary improvements before offering these rooms. As it stands, the experience doesn’t match the price or standard. The renovation work is questionable and the contractor should be changed. Close the place and renovate it completely. A horror movie. Avoid staying here.

The breakfast was excellent and plentiful, and the restaurant served delicious dishes with great presentation. Prices were very reasonable for the quality and portions, and the service there was very good. The receptionists were attentive and friendly too. I understand that some minor problems can come up during renovations to improve comfort and service, and they could be resolved. Thanks for a very pleasant stay. I’ll return.
