Management barely communicates with owners or tenants, and the building feels badly run and irresponsible. There are serious structural problems that aren't being dealt with. Even in mid-December, the pool is still closed after unqualified workers damaged it further. It has also been leaking into the parking lot for over eight years, with no proper repairs. Building fees shot from $90,000 to almost $200,000 in just a few months, with no clear explanation and expenses that seem nonexistent. I don't recommend the building or its current management.

Absolutely terrible. In mid-December, with temperatures in Córdoba reaching 40 degrees Celsius, they still haven't dealt with the pool leaking into the garage. They had 11 months to fix it, but now haven't even come to look, and there's no plan or budget. Meanwhile, maintenance fees are ridiculously inflated. Replacing three pieces of wood on the solarium cost around 3 million pesos. Haha, that's insane!

The pool has leaked every year since the Duomo Tower was built 8 years ago, and it's never had a proper repair, just temporary patches. They had 8 months a year to work on it, yet for the December 2025 season they left us without a pool just to start fixing it. It was drained more than 10 days ago, and there's still no estimate or official repair plan. A disaster. I don't recommend it.

At 90 meters, Torre Duomo stands over Nueva Córdoba, one of the city's most dynamic neighborhoods, with major building and commercial growth in recent years. It was the third tallest building inaugurated in the city.

The city views are among the best, but there's no soundproofing at all. You hear everything next door, from music and conversations to windows opening. If your neighbors are noisy, it's impossible to rest, and there's no way to complain to the building management.
