The staff were friendly and the location was good, but I’d look for a better hotel. The rooms smelled of old furniture, the air conditioning didn't work well, and the fans looked like they might fall off. The elevators only worked sometimes.

Room 202 was very noisy at night. I could hear the street, people carrying luggage on the wooden stairs, and the old elevator. There was no outlet in the room, so I had to unplug the small, old TV to charge my phone. The bathroom wall had dampness, and it hadn't been cleaned well. The carpet was sticky and the blankets were covered in hair from previous guests. I told the staff, but nothing was done. It was generally unclean. This was the only place with vacancies during a medical world congress in the city, but at 97 USD a night, the price didn't match the condition. They charged at check-in, before I could see the horrible, dusty room. Do not book it!

The beds were a little uncomfortable. The facilities are simple, and you can tell it's an older hotel, though it's well maintained. Good value for money and a good location. Reception and breakfast service were excellent, and the room and bathroom were very clean. Breakfast is pretty basic, but they keep replenishing it, and the person in charge is very friendly.
