The rooms were clean, the staff friendly, and I liked having a kitchen, a terrace, and a balcony in my room. A night costs 13k pesos if you don’t book online. Booking may save you a little, around 1-2k. You can also ask to use the washing machine for 4k. One thing to know: you can’t leave your backpack there for a few hours after checkout while waiting for your bus unless you pay 4000 pesos. Nobody mentioned the charge, even though I’d asked whether I could leave it.

The rooftop terrace was a highlight. It has a New York feel, and it’s a nice spot to chat with other guests, have drinks, or do a barbecue. The location is very good too. The owner is young and stays in touch with guests, and the hostel has a really good vibe. I’d definitely recommend it.

The location is excellent, and the kitchen has everything you need. Towels are provided, the place is kept clean, the staff are friendly, and quiet hours are respected. The bathrooms are clean, though the showers could use a little more attention. Rooms don’t get much ventilation, but there is a fan.

For less than 20k a night, it was better than I expected and fine for our one-night stay. The cleanliness and general upkeep could be improved, sure. I did find it a bit much that there was no shower curtain and we were expected to dry the bathroom afterward.

The location was a real plus, with supermarkets, shopping centers, and main avenues nearby. I stayed in a mixed dorm and loved the bright white sheets. The bed was comfortable, everything was very clean, and the price was reasonable. There’s a grill and a clay oven on the terrace too. The volunteer who welcomed us was a very kind and attentive young man. I can’t remember his name, only that he was from La Rioja. I was there three days ago.
