They left me outside with no way into the apartment while I was with my recently operated baby girl. They hadn't given me a key and blocked me from contacting them. They're scumbags and scammers. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! I'm reporting this so it doesn't happen to anyone else.
They confirmed our reservation, then failed to show up at the address to hand over the apartment keys. Instead, they messaged us on WhatsApp to collect the keys elsewhere, and when they arrived, they canceled the reservation. A disgrace. Don't book with this place. Thieves.
The location was excellent, and everything else was fine. It was very good value for money. There weren't many kitchen utensils, but otherwise it was excellent.

A bunch of crooks. I made a reservation, but when I got to the address they left me out on the street. They didn't answer me or give me any explanation.
