A quiet area and an excellent location. Everything was clean and comfortable, and our stay was perfect. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Córdoba.

Our first visit to Córdoba got off to a terrible start. We sent a deposit in dollars after being asked for it, then two days before arrival they demanded the full amount by bank transfer, even though we didn’t know them. We said we’d pay the balance when we arrived, but they refused, canceled the booking, and kept the money. They had even told our colleagues, apparently to curry favor with the company, that they would refund the deposit. A woman’s awful customer service made things worse. Luckily we found another place and were able to enjoy our first time in Córdoba.

I called around noon to set up a visit and was told to ring again when I was close. When I did, they asked for some information, which seemed reasonable. But after I arrived in the rain, they said they hadn’t told the person who was meant to help me because I hadn’t paid, even though we’d spoken just half an hour earlier. The service was awful. Before booking, you’d be better off going anywhere else if you want somewhere safe and reliable. I doubt another place would leave you standing in the rain. I’m adding photos. They called asking me to change my opinion. When I explained exactly what had happened, they responded by writing a review for my business. Completely unprofessional. I didn’t recommend them before, and certainly won’t now. Then they kept harassing me on WhatsApp, so I blocked them.

The apartment was decorated beautifully, a 10/10, and it was just as clean. Jonathan gave us great service, and they even offered parking across the street. We were extremely pleased and hope to come back soon.
